RESERVATION POLICY
In order to provide our guests with excellent customer service and to preserve the valuable time of our service providers a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required for all appointments or 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. However we do know life happens and in the event of an emergency or illness a minimal $30/service will be charged to help compensate our service providers for their lost time. Failure to show up for your service will result in being charged the full original cost of your service.

PAYMENT

 

  • All services are reserved with a major credit card.
  • Effective 1/31/23 Indira will no longer accept cash payments.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Download INDIRA Salon Spa APP for a touchless check-in/out experience.
    GUEST SATISFACTION
  • We guarantee hair services two weeks from the date of your original appointment.
  • We guarantee nail polish up to 48 hours from the date of your original appointment.
  • Additional Charges may apply on services past the guaranteed time frame.
  • Guest Satisfaction Services will only be performed by the original service provider.
  • Hair color services are NOT guaranteed without AVEDA at home maintenance products.
  • Chemical services are NOT guaranteed without AVEDA at home maintenance products.
  • We do not give refunds or credits for services that were performed.
  • All service times are approximate.
    PRODUCT RETURNS
  • Product Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a refund.
  • Only Products that have been purchased at INDIRA will be accepted for return.
  • Item must have at least 75% of its original contents to be returnable.
  • Proof of purchase can be verified via client history or original sales receipt.
  • All credit card purchases are refunded on the original card used for the purchase.
  • After 7 days an in-store credit will be issued.
  • No returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days

    GIFT CARDS
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable for cash.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Gift Cards must be present at the time of redemption.
    CONSULTATIONS
    In-person consultations are available by appointment and the $30 charge will be applied to your first color service.     PROMOTIONS
    Some special promotions, offers or discounts are only available with limited service providers so must be mentioned at time of booking appointment. If appointment is booked online this special request must be mentioned in the notes and subject to approval. Only one service promotion can be used at each visit. Only one retail promotion can be used at each visit. All promotional services must be reserved with a credit card and will be charged the full original price of the service in the event of a late cancellation.

    ARRIVAL TIME
    Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your service to check-in, hang up coat, use restroom and relax. To avoid running into your service time we highly suggest you complete any service consultation forms 24 hours in advance. In the event you are running late please text us (same number as your text reminder) and we will do our best to try and accommodate your service.

    CHILDREN
    We know your children are great little people but for the safety of your children and the comfort of our guests we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines.

     

  • Due to the use of hot tools, sharp tools and chemicals on the salon floor for your child’s safety and protection children are not allowed on the salon floor unless they are receiving a service. This includes in strollers, empty salon chairs and on your lap.
  • Children under the age of 12yo must be accompanied by an adult when receiving a salon service.
  • Children under the age of 18yo must be accompanied by an adult when receiving a spa service.
  • Less than 12yo Youth haircuts do not include a shampoo please make sure your child comes with clean dry hair or there is an extra charge to shampoo your child’s hair.
  • We do not guarantee the results of a service on a minor if the parent is not present.
    PERSONAL PROPERTY
    INDIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
