Receive points for:

• Salon/spa services: 50 points/dollar
• Pre-book appointments at checkout: 3,000 points

Redeem points for:

• 25,000 = bang or neck trim, brow wax or botanical bond repair treatment (add-on only)
• 50,000 = blow dry style or spa manicure (green bay only)
• 100,000 = spa pedicure (green bay only), body wax (one area of your choice) or express facial w/plant peel
• 150,000 = essential facial or essential back treatment

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be registered with valid email to receive points
• Points are non-transferrable and have no cash value
• Limited service providers and cannot be requested
• Points do not accrue on discounted services
• Not valid on Saturdays or Sundays and may be limited on busy holiday weeks
• Cannot be booked online
• Points expire 2 year from date earned
• Only one reward service can be redeemed on the same day
• Program rewards may change without notice
• Must be 18 years old to participate
• A major credit card is needed to reserve all Lifestyle Reward services and the INDIRA reservation policy applies
